Getting help

If something in the software is wrong, use Help → Report an Issue inside the app. It sends the version, your platform and your description — no screenshots and nothing from your data files. If we need more to reproduce a problem, we ask you directly.

If the app cannot reach us — no network, or a licensing problem that blocks reporting — email support@cytogence.com.
